How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
You can request a return using our online returns service.
Can I return an order that has not been worn but all tags have been removed?
Items that have been worn, damaged, marked, and are without original tags are not eligible for exchange or return. Items must be exchanged or returned in the condition they were received.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you would like to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact info@nyreprive.com with your order number. We can’t guarantee any modifications or cancellations.
We are unable to cancel or modify orders that have been packed or shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item on sale?
All items purchased on sale are non-refundable nor are they eligible for exchange.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact info@nyreprive.com with your order number, images, or exchange preferences. Items that have been worn and are without original tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
When will you restock an item?
Please join our waitlist to receive a notification when an item is back in stock.
When will I receive my pre-order item?
If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, that item is currently not available and in production. Pre-order dates are estimated and not guaranteed. The selected shipping of a pre-order item is based on when the item is back in stock and has been shipped.
Are duties, taxes and import included?
NYRE PRIVÉ is not responsible for any duties, taxes and import fees issued by your local government. NYRE PRIVÉ is not the recipient of these fees, they are calculated, collected, and received by your local government.
